The product must be in original condition.
The item (s) must not have been used in any way.
We cannot accept returns that do not meet the above requirements.
We offers full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to sparkleyfish.com for refund are not covered nor
reimbursed by us
When we receive your request to return an item. We will directly send you an email with the address that you
need to send the items to.
We try and process returns as quickly as possible. If you are initiating a return, we try our best to reply within
24 hours.
We will refund you through the same method you used to pay within 1-6 business days.
